UPDATE 3-US Judge says Haskell owes $12 million to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Haskell constructions Suffered a big legal defeat on Friday, September 29th, 2023, as a U.S judge seated in  Jacksonville Florida ruled that the company must pay $12million to the Internal Revenue Service as investigations carried out proved the company was defaulting in Tax payment, and meet up.

On Wednesday the 27th, 2023. 

Investigation commenced privately in the accounting sector of Haskell constructions 

There has been a discovered trace of payroll Fraud and wire fraud, as a huge trace of investment funds were moved  through offshore accounts, to shell company set up to receive the proceeds of the fraudulent transactions.

As a priority, the company requests the immediate presence and investigation of the former accountant in charge by the name Mr Jason cook, and the current Senior accountant in charge Mr Henry Sutherjack Failure to cooperate will lead to jail terms as required by law.
